Not just here. All across Europe things are falling apart. Schools closed. Trains stopped running. France even banned outdoor alcohol sales. Just to stop emergency services from being overwhelmed by hungover tourists. Makes sense if you look at the stress.
And there is El Niño coming. Or here. Some scientists called it Godzilla. Predicted to be strong. The name sticks.
